On Knowledge Day, September 1, Turkmenistan traditionally hosted the opening and laying of foundations of new educational institutions. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in the ceremony of laying the foundation of the building complex of the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute, as well as in other events dedicated to the Knowledge Day. In continuation of the festive events, the head of Turkmenistan arrived in the town of Arkadag, where the Aba Annaev International Academy of Horse Breeding opened its doors to students for the first time on September 1. In addition, the Scientific and Production Center of Horse Breeding was erected in the city. In a solemn atmosphere, the university was awarded a certificate of the Eurasian Equestrian Association and a Certificate of the Asian Equestrian Federation.
Then, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov proceeded to the Berdimuhamed Annaev Pedagogical Secondary Vocational School where famous Turkmen masters of arts presented a musical and literary program.
