I depicted a pigeon with wings colored by the flags of Russia and Turkmenistan, referring to the commonwealth between the states," said the winner.
The organizers were the Consulate of Turkmenistan in Astrakhan, with the assistance of the executive bodies of state power of the Astrakhan region and the administration of the municipality "Privolzhsky district".
The best works will go to Ashgabat and will be exhibited as part of one of the events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality.
