Heads of Turkmenistan and Tatarstan meet

In the framework of his visit to the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with Rustam Minnikhanov of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation. It is reported Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan.

The Head of Tatarstan noted the constructive nature of cooperation in various areas based on friendly relations. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the country attaches great importance to cooperation with the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the meeting, the sides emphasized the importance of regular meetings and contacts at the highest level in the context of the development of the Turkmen-Tatarstan partnership. Later, the ceremony of awarding the President of Turkmenistan with the Order of the Republic of Tatarstan "Duslyk" for special merits in strengthening cooperation and friendship between Turkmenistan and Tatarstan was held.
