Meeting of deputies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan was held

On July 13, the 6th session of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan of the seventh convocation was held, during which laws were considered within the framework of improving the country's legislation. This is reported by the Internet edition "Türkmenistan habarlar portaly".

Among the bills considered were the laws "On Recognition of the Powers of the Deputies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan elected in separate constituencies", "On Accession to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora", "On the Ombudsman". The deputies also discussed the introduction of amendments and additions to some legislative acts of Turkmenistan.

The draft laws, as well as amendments and additions to the existing legislative acts of Turkmenistan, submitted for discussion by the deputies of the Mejlis, were unanimously approved.
