On January 26, 2024, representatives of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan and Chairman of the Agency of Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Mammetkhan Chakyev held an online meeting with representatives of the Agency for Digital Transformation of Japan. During the talks, the parties discussed the main directions of bilateral cooperation in the digital sphere. The issues of mutual exchange of experience, implementation of joint projects, development of educational programs and consultations were considered.
During the talks, it was noted that cooperation between Turkmenistan and Japan in the digital sphere promotes deepening and expansion of interstate partnership in areas of mutual interest.
