Foreign Minister of the Republic of Korea to visit Turkmenistan

On November 1, Turkmenistan will host the 16th forum of cooperation "Central Asia - Republic of Korea", where Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea Park Jin will visit Turkmenistan. This is reported on the website of Orient news.

In total, about two hundred representatives of various segments of the economy and social sphere, including representatives of diplomatic missions of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan are expected to participate in the forum.

The forum will address such issues as sustainable development in transportation, information technology, health care, education, and combating the effects of climate change.

During the visit, the Korean Foreign Minister is expected to hold talks with Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and foreign ministers of Central Asian countries.
