Turkmenistan offered German business cooperation in the energy sector

Chairman of Halk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who is in Berlin on a working visit, expressed interest in developing cooperation with German business in the field of electric power and renewable energy sources. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The National Leader of the Turkmen people within the framework of the meeting of the heads of delegations of the Central Asian countries and the Eastern Committee of the German Economy offered the business of the Federal Republic of Germany, in particular, to take part in the construction and improvement of power plants, development of a network of power lines and implementation of other projects.

In addition, it was emphasized that Turkmenistan today pays special attention to the development of renewable energy sources, including solar and wind. International cooperation in the field of hydrogen energy is also of special importance.
