Turkmenistan participated in the videoconference of the Ministers of Culture of Central Asia and India

The meeting of culture ministers of the five Central Asian countries and India was held in the format of videoconference on Monday, April 3. Turkmenistan was represented at the meeting by Minister Atageldy Shamyradov. Indian Culture Minister Kishan Reddy chaired the conference. This is reported by Orient news.

At the meeting, the ministers of culture of Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and India noted the significance of the development of cooperation in the field of culture, which became possible due to the exchange of centuries-old cultural traditions and strengthening of ties between the countries.

The representatives of the six States at the meeting agreed to develop and present a program to showcase the cultural assets of each country individually and collectively.
