Deputy Prime Minister N. Amannepesov spoke about preparations for the celebration of the last call and Ashgabat Day. This is reported by the online edition of "Vestiabad".
On May 25, flowers will be laid at the Monument of Independence of Turkmenistan, at the monuments to Berdimuhamed Annaev in the town of Arkadag and Yzgant village of Geoktepe district of Akhal velayat. Flower laying ceremonies will also be held at the State Flag Squares in all provinces of Turkmenistan.
During the ceremonial events dedicated to the last call, gifts will be presented to distinguished pupils and teachers on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan and the National Leader of the Turkmen people. Excursions to places of interest, cultural and leisure centers, museums and parks will be organized in Ashgabat and Arkadag cities, as well as in all regions of Turkmenistan, and concerts of masters of arts will be held in the evening.
