Turkmenistan participates in the World Health Assembly

On the margins of the 77th session of the World Health Assembly "All for Health, Health for All", the delegation of Turkmenistan under the leadership of Health Minister Myrat Mammedov spoke about ensuring equal access of all Turkmenistanis to quality medical services. The Turkmen delegates emphasized that necessary measures are being taken in the country to preserve public health. During the meeting, topical issues of health protection, wide coverage of the population with medical services, prevention of non-communicable diseases, maternal and child health were discussed. Attention was paid to the implementation of the Vaccination Program until 2030 and issues of medical support in case of emergency. Socio-economic and natural factors influencing health protection were considered.
