Turkmen specialists traveled to the Russian Federation to exchange experience in the field of phytosanitary control

A Turkmen delegation will visit the Russian Federation from May 28 to 31, 2024 to familiarize itself with the country's system of quarantine phytosanitary control, grain quality inspection and pesticide residue control. This is reported by the Internet publication "TurkmenPortal".

As part of the visit, it is planned to visit institutions and laboratories subordinate to Rosselkhoznadzor in Moscow, Moscow Region and Stavropol, as well as the North Caucasus Interregional Department of Rosselkhoznadzor and an elevator of one of the grain processing enterprises in the town of Zelenokumsk, Stavropol Territory.

The delegates will be familiarized with the inspection of grain and its processed products according to international standards. In addition, members of the Turkmen delegation will take part in negotiations with specialists from Rosselkhoznadzor.
