Turkmenistan's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia O. Chariyev held a meeting with Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Arab News newspaper Noor Nugali on February 14. This is reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, the sides discussed cooperation in the information sphere, opportunities for covering events and activities of Turkmen-Saudi relations. The Ambassador of Turkmenistan presented the first book of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov "Youth is the backbone of the Motherland". The diplomat also informed about the planned events on the occasion of celebrating the 300th anniversary of the birth of Makhtumkuli Fraghi and about the declaration of 2024 in Turkmenistan as the year of "Treasure of Makhtumkuli Fraghi's Mind".
The diplomat invited the representatives of Arab News to take part in the festive and cultural events of international level dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Turkmen thinker and poet Makhtumkuli Fraghi.
