Pupils of Turkmenistan schools will take part in the Mendelev Olympiad

The Russian-Chinese University MSU-PPI announced about holding the International Mendeleev Olympiad for schoolchildren in chemistry from April 21 to 26, in which students of Turkmen schools will take part. This is reported by the online edition of "Türkmenistan habarlar portaly".

Schoolchildren from Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Hungary, Iran and other countries will also take part in the competition. The Mendeleev Olympiad will be held for the first time outside the CIS - in Shenzhen, People's Republic of China. In 2009 the Olympiad was held in Ashgabat.

The winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad will be awarded with medals, diplomas, and special prizes. The tasks within the competition require extensive theoretical knowledge in the field of chemistry, as well as a creative approach.
