A session on ICT was held in Ashgabat within the framework of the CA-Republic of Korea Forum

The Turkmenaragatnashyk Agency of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan hosted a session on information and communication technologies (ICT) with representatives of relevant ministries and agencies of Central Asian countries and the Republic of Korea within the framework of the 16th forum of cooperation "Central Asia - Republic of Korea". During the meeting, delegates from Central Asian countries expressed interest in developing a close partnership with the Republic of Korea, which is a global player in the world ICT market. The Turkmen delegation presented the Concept of Development of Digital Economy of Turkmenistan until 2025, in accordance with which comprehensive digitalization is being carried out. Today, digital technologies are used in production, households and institutions.
