The first stage of a cottage settlement was opened in the town of Mary, Turkmenistan

The opening ceremony of the first stage of a new cottage village in Mary, which is being built along the Mary-Ashgabat highway, was held. This was reported by the TurkmenPortal online publication.

Fifty-nine two-storey comfortable cottages have already been put into operation. According to the project of the cottage village, 200 such houses will be built. Each of the cottages with a total area of 536 square meters has 8 rooms, a basement, a garage for a car, engineering communications. The adjacent territory can be used for horticulture, gardening or for children's games.

The construction of the new residential area is carried out by specialists of the private enterprise Ojar Aziýa, which is a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
