Two semifinal games of the project "Young Messengers of Peace" were held at the Institute of International Relations of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry. This was reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
Pupils of 9-11 grades of schools of the country took part in the game. Eight finalists were selected, among whom the prizes will be awarded. The jury includes representatives of UNESCO and leading higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan.
The games were sponsored by the Central Council of the Makhtumkuli Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, the National Archery Federation of Turkmenistan, the state association "Turkmenhaly", "Abadan haly", "Aýdyň gijeler", "Muhammet Balkan", "Ýedi Dogan".
The final of the intellectual game will be held on May 15 this year. The theme of the intellectual competition is "The Tree of Peace - Continuity of Generations".
