Turkmenistan widely celebrated the national holiday of the Turkmen Alabai. Cynological exhibitions and contests dedicated to this ancient breed, which is the national treasure of the country, were held throughout the country. This is reported in the Internet edition "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age."
In honor of the Holiday, the IV meeting of the International Association "Türkmen alabaý itleri" was held in Ashgabat, during which the best cynologists of Turkmenistan were recognized. The main celebrations on October 27 were held in the complex of the International Association, where an exhibition of works of fine arts, photographs, folk crafts and sculptures by authors from all over the country was held.
The event was attended by members of the Government of Turkmenistan, heads of the Mejlis, representatives of various ministries and departments, members of the International Association "Türkmen alabaý itleri", cynologists and dog breeders, journalists.
