When the beginning of elections was announced throughout the country, the head of CIS observers decided to visit several polling stations in the capital of Turkmenistan. The first polling station was chosen for a reason; Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov voted here - school number 68. The presence of the mass media, not only the local but also the foreign ones was noted at the polling station. After the head of the state, together with his mother, cast their votes, he met with the head of the observer mission, Leonid Anfimov.
Anfimov noted that Turkmenistan made the deepest impression on him. Leonid Anfimov singled out the attitude of the head of Turkmenistan to his mother - "It's worthy of respect, I want to wish the family health and happiness for many years to come". Observers have been to every region, and every polling station has all the necessary voter information boards, in various languages. The level of civic responsibility is high, and the event itself was held without delays and according to plan.
