Turkmenistan and Turkey strengthen consular cooperation

On October 16, an official meeting between Consul General of Turkmenistan Ovezgeldi Dzhumanazarov and Director of the General Directorate of Consular Service of the Turkish Foreign Ministry Gulsun Erkul took place in Istanbul. During the event, the Turkmen diplomat presented his Consular Patent to the Turkish side. This is reported by the online edition "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The interlocutors expressed mutual satisfaction with the current level of development of bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Turkey. Special attention was paid to the successful interaction in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres.

The diplomats of both countries reaffirmed their intention to make further efforts to deepen and expand the multifaceted cooperation between the two brotherly states.
