Korean companies consider it promising to implement projects in Turkmenistan

Turkmenistan's Ambassador to Korea Begench Durdyev met with Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Korea Kang Jae Kwon. The meeting was held on April 7 at the South Korean Foreign Ministry. Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs stated the interest of leading Korean companies in the implementation of major projects in the city of Arkadag. This is reported on the official website of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Korea.

At the meeting, representatives of the two states discussed the potential for mutually beneficial cooperation in trade and economic, political and diplomatic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

The sides also reviewed the results and implementation of the agreements reached last year during the visit of the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to Seoul.
