President of Turkmenistan postpones visit to Tajikistan

Serdar Berdimuhamedov postponed several official events in connection with the death of the grandmother and mother of the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Ogulabad Berdimuhamedova. This was reported by the press service of the President of the Republic of Turkmenistan.

The official visit of the President of Turkmenistan to Tajikistan, which was scheduled for April 10-11, has been postponed indefinitely. The first meeting of the Business Council of Turkmenistan and Tajikistan, scheduled for April 8, and the business forum of entrepreneurs of the two states, which was to be held on April 9, have also been postponed.

As previously reported, the head of Tajikistan sent a telegram to the National Leader of the Turkmen people with condolences and wishes of steadfastness and patience in connection with the death of his mother.
