Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan presented new developments

The Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan presented new developments in the field of semi-finished products. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

Among the developments of the biotechnology laboratory are instant noodles with seasonings, dry juices, pumpkin and corn flour, as well as dry soups - pea, tomato, vegetable, pumpkin, bean, corn and soup with greens.

The Technocenter scientists guarantee the naturalness and quality of semi-finished products - no monosodium glutamate, preservatives and dyes are used in their production. In addition, scientists have obtained concentrates of watermelon, melon and garlic. The presented developments can be used in the food industry and pharmaceuticals.

Specialists of the National Institute of Deserts, Flora and Fauna of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan also shared their achievements. They managed to grow the medicinal plant Momordica, which belongs to the pumpkin family.
