The State Museum of Turkmenistan will open an original exposition telling about the ancient traditions of Turkmens in camel decorating. The exhibition, timed to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great Turkmen poet and thinker Makhtumkuli Fraghi, will be available from July 10. This is reported by the online edition "TurkmenPortal.
Visitors to the exhibition will be able to learn about the rich traditions of camel decoration. The exhibition will demonstrate various details of decoration of these majestic animals. The guests of the exposition will also be able to learn about the symbolic meaning of the decoration elements in accordance with the original traditions, which are now the national heritage of the Turkmen people.
The organizers invite all residents and guests of Ashgabat to learn about the original ancient art.
