President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan and on his own behalf has sent congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Estonia Mr. Alar Karis and the people of the country on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, TDH reports.
In his congratulatory message, the Turkmen head of state emphasized Turkmenistan's interest in expanding bilateral ties and expressed confidence in further development of cooperation in the interests of both friendly nations.
The President of Turkmenistan wished Alar Karis good health, happiness and well-being, and the people of Estonia further progress and prosperity.
