Saif Bin Rashid Bin Saif Al-Jahwari presented copies of his credentials to the Deputy Foreign Minister, after which the sides discussed interstate relations. The sides noted the active development of cooperation between Turkmenistan and Oman, which is achieved through mutual visits at the highest and highest levels. The sides emphasized that one of the solid foundations for the development of Turkmen-Omani ties is the peace-loving foreign policy of both countries.
The participants of the meeting discussed cooperation in trade and economic sphere, praising its potential in oil and gas sphere, textile industry and agriculture. Prospects of using the opportunities of Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan-Iran-Oman transit corridor were noted.
