Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the Armenian Ambassador

On December 13, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Turkmenistan Arsen Avagyan, who presented his credentials to the Head of State, TDH reports.

During the meeting, Arsen Avagyan conveyed to the President of Turkmenistan and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov heartfelt words of greetings from President Vahagn Khachaturyan and Prime Minister Nikola Pashinyan, who addressed their best wishes to the Turkmen people.

As the Ambassador underlined, it is a great honor for him to represent his country in Turkmenistan, with which Armenia has long-standing relations of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation based on the principles of equality, mutual respect and trust, which have reached a qualitatively new level in recent years.

Among the priority areas of the partnership were identified the implementation of major projects in trade, fuel and energy complex, transport and communications, as well as the search for new opportunities to expand the range of export-import operations.
