Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan held a meeting with the Ambassador of Tajikistan

On June 15, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Turkmenistan Farrukh Homiddin Sharifzod met in connection with the completion of his diplomatic mission in Turkmenistan. This is reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the current state of Turkmen-Tajik relations and prospects for their development in trade-economic, political-diplomatic and cultural-humanitarian spheres.

Meredov stressed that the partnership of the countries is at a high level, constructive political dialog is actively developing.

At the end of the meeting, the Ambassador expressed gratitude to Turkmenistan for its support in the implementation of his diplomatic mission, the main goal of which is to strengthen mutually beneficial friendly cooperation.
