Turkmenistan held a meeting with the Governor of Iran's Khorasan-Rezavi Province

On January 25, Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Ahmed Gurbanov held a meeting with Governor of Khorasan-Rezavi Province of the Islamic Republic of Iran Yaqub Ali Nazari. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, attention was paid to the current state and prospects for further development of bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest. High dynamics and fruitfulness of bilateral relations, ensured through regular contacts at the highest level, were noted.

During the conversation, the sides discussed issues related to the practical implementation of the previously signed Memorandum of Understanding between Mary province of Turkmenistan and Khorasan-Rezavi province of Iran. The Turkmen side emphasized the importance of the visit of the Iranian delegation in strengthening the effective partnership.
