The National Leader of the Turkmen people met with the head of the Korea-Turkmenistan Group

On April 17, the National Leader of the Turkmen people Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met with the head of the Interparliamentary Friendship Group "Korea-Turkmenistan". This is reported on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

During the business talk, the sides discussed ways to develop bilateral relations, as well as multilateral cooperation within the framework of international organizations. Much attention in the constructive dialog was paid to cultural partnership, which testifies to the commonality and mutual enrichment of cultures.

The parties noted that a special role in the development of mutual relations between the two countries in the sphere of cultural and humanitarian dialog is played by cross cultural days, joint sports events, cooperation in science, education, health care.

One of the topics of the meeting was the discussion of the construction of the "smart" city Arkadag and the possibilities of the Korean side to participate in the construction of the objects of the second stage.
