On December 19, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the site where the construction of a complex of new buildings of the Automobile Sports Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan is planned, TDH reports.
Here the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan M.Khydyrov reported on the prepared projects of buildings of the Center of Automobile Sports.
After hearing the report, Hero-Arkadag inspected the unique nature of this area, its flora, peculiar natural features of the desert, familiarized with the presented projects.
In August this year, Hero-Arkadag, visiting the Automobile Sports Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the country, stressed the expediency of working out the issues related to the relocation of the complex of buildings of the Center and comprehensive study of possible sites for its construction, as sports facilities and industrial complex is located next to residential houses, which disturbs the peace of citizens with loud sounds of high-speed cars.
The total area of the Center, located 40 kilometers north of the capital, is 71 hectares. As noted by Hero-Arkadag, this place is suitable for the construction of the Center of Automobile Sports by all parameters, and gave a number of recommendations on the submitted projects.
Three projects based on the architectural features of the buildings of the new complex were proposed. Hero-Arkadag familiarized himself with the features of the buildings presented in the designs approved by the President of Turkmenistan.
According to these projects the Center consists of two parts, where all possibilities for training process, preparation of sports cars for competitions, organization of tournaments of international level are taken into account. The image of an Akhalteke horse was chosen as the emblem of the buildings of one of them, and the image of an Alabai was chosen as the emblem of the other.
Emphasizing that the new complex of buildings of the Center should fully comply with high international standards, Hero-Arkadag emphasized that it is necessary to provide the necessary conditions for holding world-class competitions, various types of auto and motor sports, small sports cars. In this regard, an important task is to consider the construction of circular autodromes, circuits for overcoming multiple obstacles and long distances with difficult conditions.
Then, the National Leader of the Turkmen people was shown a sports car, which had just arrived at the disposal of the Automobile Sports Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Interior Minister M. Khadyrov asked Hero-Arkadag, who has experience in testing sports cars and evaluating their technical capabilities, to test the new car.
Arkadag got into the car and tested its technical capabilities. The sports car under the control of Hero Arkadag overcame a difficult route on sandy roads.
Then, the National Leader of the Turkmen people noted that it would be expedient to use the clean sand removed from the construction site of the Center for the needs of kindergartens and playgrounds being built in different parts of the country in the regions, because it fully corresponds to the high ecological level.
Hero-Arkadag also stressed the importance of developing various types of auto and motorcycle sports in the country, holding relevant events in the future to organize international rallies, giving recommendations based on his rich experience in this field.
Taking into account the growing interest in golf among the youth in recent years, Hero-Arkadag gave valuable advice on both the golf course functioning in the capital and the construction of its analog in the National Tourist Zone "Avaza". This is important in order to strengthen the principles of a healthy lifestyle in our society and support the motto "In a healthy body - a healthy spirit!".
As noted by Hero-Arkadag, the main requirements also include taking into account the natural features of the area. In this regard, it is planned to plant 8 million 320 thousand saplings of saxaul and other plants in the Karakums.
