President of Turkmenistan congratulates the President of Mexico

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the United Mexican States Andrés Manuel López Obrador and all the people of the country on the occasion of the Independence Day of the United Mexican States, TDH reports.
