President of Turkmenistan awards Order to Chairman of Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis

Serdar Berdymukhamedov met with Sahiba Gafarova, chairman of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan. The topic of the meeting was the discussion of the current regional and international agenda. It was noted the effective cooperation between the two countries as part of international associations.

Serdar Berdymukhamedov emphasized that Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan have many natural and economic resources, as well as great potential for transport opportunities. This is very important and valuable not only for the well-being of the people of the two states, but also for the development of the entire Central Asian region.

The President of Turkmenistan has signed a decree on presenting the Chairman of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan to the state award. The Order "For Contribution to the Development of Cooperation" was presented by Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
