President of Turkmenistan signs Decree on appointment of Ambassador to Nepal

State Information Agency "Turkmenistan Today."July 5, 2024 reported on the signing of a decree by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov of Turkmenistan appointing an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Nepal.

In accordance with the Decree, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of India Shalar Geldynazarov is appointed at the same time Ambassador of Nepal with residence in New Delhi.

Recall that Shalar Geldynazarov was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to India in February 2019, and in February 2024, the Turkmen diplomat also simultaneously assumed duties as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
