Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia has sent a congratulatory message to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov. This was reported by the state news agency "Turkmenistan Today".
In his message, the Patriarch cordially congratulated the Head of State on the New Year 2024. Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia noted that the time of New Year and Christmas holidays is associated with the expectation of good changes and hopes for successful overcoming of difficulties.
Patriarch Kirill expressed his conviction that the development of cooperation between the Russian Orthodox Church, state authorities and public organizations of Turkmenistan will contribute to the establishment of good-neighborliness, mercy and solidarity. At the end of the message, Patriarch Kirill wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov health, prosperity and peace.
