Professor Hans Meisner congratulated Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov on the opening of Arkadag in Turkmenistan

Professor emeritus of Turkmenistan's M. Garryev State Medical University and distinguished elder of Turkmenistan Hans Meisner, a famous cardiac surgeon from Germany, congratulated Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov on the opening of a new modern administrative center in the Akhal province, Arkadag city.

Hans Meisner had been cooperating with Turkmen doctors for decades. In his congratulatory letter, he emphasized that he was happy to work together and share his experience with Turkmen specialists.

The cardiac surgeon sincerely congratulated Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the opening of the new city, which is home to unique facilities. The professor wished Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov great success in the field of state activity and also sent his heartfelt congratulations to the president of Turkmenistan.
