President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has congratulated President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on his 70th birthday anniversary, TDH reports.

In his congratulatory message, the Turkmen head of state wished President Alexander Lukashenko good health, well-being and happiness, as well as new successes in all endeavors for the benefit of the people of the Republic of Belarus.
