Telephone conversation between the President of Turkey and the National Leader of the Turkmen people took place

On April 15, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov had a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan. This is reported in the national newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan".

In the course of the conversation, the sides touched upon the prospects of bilateral multilateral development of relations. During the conversation, the sides noted that the countries have established strong political and diplomatic relations both in the bilateral format and within the framework of international organizations.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people emphasized that Turkey is one of the main trade partners for Turkmenistan. He also noted the active development of bilateral cooperation in the spheres of education, culture, art and science.
