Turkmenistan's transport potential will be presented at the investment forum "Global Gateway" on sustainable transport in the EU-Central Asia, which will be held in Brussels on January 29-30. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
During the forum it is planned to hold negotiations with European partners on the implementation of joint projects in the field of transport. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed to ensure a high level of organization of the plenary session on "Investment Opportunities of the Transport Complex of Turkmenistan" scheduled within the framework of the forum. In order to develop the national economy, it is planned to increase cargo traffic in the region through the effective use of Turkmenistan's transport potential.
The importance of development of the country's transport and logistics sector was emphasized during the discussion of the Work Plans for 2024. The focus on strengthening the material base of the transport complex was emphasized.
