Turkmenistan and Romania will celebrate 30 years of diplomatic relations

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held an online meeting with representatives of the Romanian Foreign Ministry. At the beginning of the talks, Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan V. Khadzhiev and State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania Danut Sebastian Neculaescu confirmed readiness to expand cooperation in various areas - politics, economy, culture.

The focus of the discussion was on the diplomatic relations between the countries, which were established thirty years ago. On this occasion the parties are preparing to hold thematic events - congratulations of the Foreign Ministry leadership, release of anniversary materials, virtual lectures, and forums.

In addition, the diplomats shared their views on increasing trade turnover and strengthening the legal framework of business cooperation.
