Turkmenistan received health certificates from UNDP

During the International Scientific and Practical Conference held in Ashgabat on December 27, 2023, UNDP representative Narine Sahakyan solemnly handed over a number of certificates, which became a confirmation of Turkmenistan's achievements in the field of health care. This was reported by the State News Agency "Turkmenistan Today".

One of the certificates was awarded to the Government of Turkmenistan for its efforts towards global coverage of quality health services. Three certificates were handed over by the UNDP Representative as confirmation of the successful completion of the external quality assessment of molecular tests of the central laboratory of infectious diseases. The laboratory of the Central Bureau of Forensic Medicine also received international accreditation.

In addition, Narine Sahakyan handed over a letter of thanks from UNICEF Turkmenistan addressed to the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charity Fund.
