Comprehensive preparation for the new school year 2023-2024 was one of the topics at the last meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on July 14. This was reported by the online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized improvement of educational programs and plans, supply of textbooks and teaching aids.
This year, new textbooks for first-graders have been published, including "Drawing", "Artistic Labor", "Music and Singing", "Turkmen Language", "German Language", "Mathematics" and "Basics of Informatics".
In addition, new German language textbooks have been published for sixth-graders, "Turkmen Language" and "Fundamentals of the State and Law of Turkmenistan" for ninth-graders. New textbooks on "Literature", "Algebra", "Geometry", "Chemistry", "Informatics" and "Culture of Behavior" in Russian and Turkmen have been prepared for tenth-graders.
