On July 30-31, Turkmen customs officers visited Tashkent to familiarize themselves with the experience of their Uzbek colleagues in establishing the Customs Clearance Center. This is reported by the Internet publication "Westiabad."
Delegates visited the Customs Clearance Center, which provides data processing, remote electronic declaration, call center services, targeting and risk management. The Center's information system works in coordination with databases of foreign and national agencies, foreign economic entities and airlines.
The Customs Clearance Center processes ready declarations, requests from the website and call center, and analyzes data from customs, WTO and other agencies to remotely monitor the activities of the posts. The delegation of customs officers from Turkmenistan familiarized themselves with the peculiarities of the work of the customs posts "Arkbulok", "Chukursay teh office" and "Yallama".
