The Turkmen Institute in cooperation with the Embassy of Japan organized an oratorical contest

The D. Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages jointly with the Embassy of Japan in Turkmenistan organized an annual Japanese language oratory contest. The event was reported in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.

The participants of the contest were students of the organizing university as well as the Oguz Khan Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan. The jury members in the competition were representatives of the Embassy of Japan in Turkmenistan and the Japan Foundation.

In the category of basic knowledge of Japanese language, T. Myradova, a first-year student of Oguz Khan Institute of World Languages, won. Second and third places were taken by first-year students of the Institute of World Languages.

The best average level of knowledge in language proficiency was shown by the student of the Institute of World Languages B. Khummetgulyeva, the second and third places were taken by the students of the University of Engineering and Technology.

The first and second place winners will represent Turkmenistan in the 26th Japanese language oratory contest in Kyrgyzstan in May this year.
