A sporting event will be held in Ashgabat in connection with the adoption of the UN Games resolution

During the regular meeting of the Government of Turkmenistan on October 25, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov proposed to hold a sports event on November 2, 20204 in honor of the UNGA resolution "UN Games", adopted on the initiative of Turkmenistan. This is reported in the online edition "Westiabad."

The action dedicated to the principles of a healthy lifestyle will include a joint walk along the Health Path, as well as honoring Turkmen athletes who have shown good results at prestigious international competitions and presenting them with deserved awards.

The Health Trail stretches for many kilometers along the picturesque foothills of the Kopetdag Mountains. It is a symbol of a healthy lifestyle and a venue for various sporting and cultural events.
