The authors highlight prospects for expanding bilateral cooperation in digital technologies, artificial intelligence, education, health care, tourism, sports and cyber security. Professor Ovezdurdy Berdyevich Muhammetberdiev, Doctor of Sociology from the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, acted as one of the editors of the collection.

It is planned to publish the book in Turkmen language for local audience. The project is seen as a first step towards further academic cooperation, including joint conferences and exchange programs.
