Turkmenistan has started to develop an anti-corruption program

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov set a task to develop a draft National Program on Combating Corruption during the meeting of the State Security Council held on November 6. This is reported by the online edition "Westiabad."

The implementation of the program should be designed for the period from 2025 to 2029. The new program will comply with generally accepted norms of international law.

During the State Council meeting, Prosecutor General B. Mukhamedovi presented to the President a report on the activities of the agency, describing the introduction of digital technologies in the work of the prosecutor's office. The meeting also addressed the modernization of the material and technical base of law enforcement agencies and topical issues related to the improvement of their activities.
