The presentation of a new book by Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took place at the Turkmen State University named after Makhtumkuli on December 4. This was reported by the Internet resource "AsmanNews.".
The book is titled "Hakyda gowheri". The solemn ceremony of the publication presentation was opened with a musical and literary composition "Hakyda gowheri - the treasure of wisdom" performed by students of the Turkmen State Institute.
The new book by the National Leader of the Turkmen people contains historical facts about the ancient settlements located on the Great Silk Road - Parthia, the states of the Great Seljuks and Khorezm Shahs. The publication also tells about "Oguz-Nam" - the ancient Turkmen heroic epic.
During the solemn presentation of the book, the participants of the event expressed gratitude to Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for his efforts to preserve Turkmen culture and the new outstanding work "Hakyda gowheri".
