During a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Deputy Prime Minister Myahridjemal Mammadova spoke about the planned celebrations in honor of the 33rd anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence. This is reported by the online edition "AsmanNews.
According to the report, exhibitions, conferences, creative meetings, educational and musical events, as well as a flower-laying ceremony at the monument of Makhtumkuli Fraghi in Ashgabat's Cultural Park Complex and at the Independence Monument will be held during the holidays.
The final stage of the TV contest "Ýaňlan, Diýarym!" and a gala concert of its finalists are planned. There will be an exhibition of fine arts and crafts, premieres of movies and theater performances. The winners of the "Türkmeniň Altyn asyry" contest of the President of Turkmenistan will be awarded.
