President of Turkmenistan received Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation A. Overchuk

On Friday, February 17, 2023, Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexei Overchuk, who arrived in the capital of Turkmenistan on an official visit. This was reported by the state news agency Turkmenistan Today.

At the beginning of the dialog, Deputy Prime Minister conveyed best wishes and cordial greetings to the President of Turkmenistan on behalf of V. Putin and Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation M. Mishustin. Overchuk reaffirmed Russia's pursuit of good neighborly relations with Turkmenistan based on mutually beneficial constructive cooperation.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that Deputy Prime Minister's visit to Ashgabat is a logical continuation of the intergovernmental dialogue between the two countries.

The sides exchanged views on topical issues on the agenda in the trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres.
