On September 21, Deputy Chairman of the CIS Intergovernmental Coordination Council on Seed Production, Doctor of Sciences, Academician Ivan Kuzmin visited the "smart" city of Arkadag within the framework of his visit to Turkmenistan. This is reported by the Internet edition "Westiabad."
Akkhan's monument aroused great admiration of the academician. He visited the Aba Annaev International Equestrian Academy, where he was familiarized with its activities. The guest of Turkmenistan was also given an opportunity to familiarize himself with the project of a new university, which will be built as part of the second phase of urban development. The academician was shown the achievements of the young city in the agrarian and environmental spheres.
Earlier in Ashgabat, a meeting of the Intergovernmental Coordination Council on seed production of the CIS was held with the participation of the academician and representatives of the agricultural sector of Turkmenistan.
